Real Estate Sales Representative

We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive Sales Representative to join our real estate investment team. In this role, you aren't just selling—you're
buying
. You will be the first point of contact for homeowners looking to sell their properties quickly for cash.

This is a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment where you will turn warm inbound leads into signed contracts.

The Compensation

• Base Pay:
  $1,000 – $2,250 USD per month (based on experience).
• Commissions:
  1% – 3% of deal value (Uncapped).
• Performance Bonuses:
  $100 per signed contract + quarterly bonuses for hitting KPIs.
• Payment Method:
  Weekly/Monthly via Payoneer or Zelle.
