Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Performance (20%): Formulate and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue targets and market conditions.
  • Team Leadership (20%): Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team; set targets, track performance, and drive closures through hands-on coaching.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
  • Innovation & Guerilla Sales (15%): Plan and execute cost-efficient open houses and creative, guerilla-style sales initiatives to close deals despite limited budgets.
  • Network Building: Maintain strong client and broker relationships locally and abroad, including participation in overseas sales events.
