Scope: The Real Estate Sales & Investment Advisor is responsible for guiding clients through the process of making profitable real estate investments in Georgia. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, investment knowledge, and real estate market insight to provide clients with tailored advisory services.

 

Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Client Engagement

·       Make initial contact with potential clients once leads are received.

·       Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and messages to engage and qualify potential clients.

·       Arrange meetings (virtual or in-person) with clients to present investment opportunities.

·       Maintain timely and professional communication with all clients.
