The Real Estate Sales Specialist will be responsible for attracting qualified customers and managing the direct sale of ready residential units. The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, presenting residential projects, conducting property tours, understanding customer requirements, negotiating commercial terms, and following up with customers until the successful completion of the sale.
