We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent for our premium projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell project units at resort, beaches.
- Handle walk-in clients, site visits, and customer inquiries
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams for leads and follow-ups
- Prepare daily sales reports and customer records
