This permanent position reports to the Director of Real Estate and Construction. As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee project documentation, monitor timelines, and coordinate vendors and stakeholders. Your expert support will help align projects with organizational objectives while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize real estate and construction project planning
• Manage project documentation and drawings
• Track project spending and prepare reports for finance
• Review contractor and supplier payments in SAP
• Assist with compliance coordination and urgent facility issues
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in a coordination or administrative role
• Knowledge of construction documentation processes
