**Overview**

As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of real estate activities—including planning, design, build/lease, operation, and maintenance—for Microsoft’s Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska Tennessee, and Wisconsin regions.
This key position will manage a complex portfolio comprised of ~0.5M rentable square feet across 16 sites, supporting 1,300 headcount. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class workspaces and services, enabling employees to achieve their highest potential.
