Job Title: Sourcing Manager – Real Estate
Location: South Mumbai
Role Summary:
Responsible for sourcing real estate leads by onboarding and managing local broker networks across South Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard and manage local property brokers and channel partners
Source quality residential/commercial leads through broker networks
Build strong relationships to ensure consistent deal flow
Track, follow up, and coordinate leads with the sales team
Maintain MIS and ensure compliance with sourcing guidelines
Requirements:
1–6 years of experience in real estate sourcing/channel sales
Strong broker network in South Mumbai
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
Result-driven with strong local market knowledge
