Job Description
The
Real Estate Lead Manager
is responsible for being the
first point of contact
for incoming seller leads. This role focuses on
speed to lead, seller qualification, follow-up, and appointment setting,
not closing deals. You will speak with homeowners who have already expressed interest in selling their property, gather key information, assess motivation and timeline, and schedule qualified appointments for the Home Buying Specialist. This role is critical to revenue. Strong performance here directly impacts how many deals the company closes.
Compensation:
$16,000 - $30,000 yearly
