Job Description
**Compensation**:
$5 - $7 hourly
**Responsibilities**:
- Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met
- Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer's or listing agent
- Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers
- Enter inbound leads and past clients' current information into the customer database so all real estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information
- **Outbound Calling**: Make a high volume of cold calls daily (100+ calls/day) to property owners, expired listings, FSBOs (For Sale By Owners), and other lead sources.
- ** Lead Generation**: Identify motivated sellers and buyers, qualify leads, and accurately document conversations and lead details in the CRM.
- ** Appointment Setting**: Set appointments for the acquisition team or real estate agents to follow up with warm leads.
