Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Cost Manager to join our Real Estate team in New Zealand. You will lead end-to-end cost management on diverse development projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget and timeline constraints.

The ideal candidate will have 6–11 years of relevant experience, a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, and strong client-facing skills. You will act as the key client interface on large projects while mentoring junior team members.
