Real Estate Bookkeeper Wanted

We're a growing single-family real estate investment company looking for a detail-oriented, reliable bookkeeper to manage our financials inside QuickBooks Online.
We flip multiple properties per month and need someone who understands job costing, project tracking, and clean financial reporting — not just someone who categorizes transactions.
Responsibilities:
-Categorize and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks Online
-Track expenses by project/property
-Manage vendor payments and 1099 tracking
-Monthly P&L and balance sheet reporting
-Job cost reporting per property
-Clean up books if needed
-Coordinate with CPA at year-end
Requirements:
-Strong QuickBooks Online experience (must)
-Experience with real estate investing or construction accounting (preferred)
-Understand job costing and project-based accounting
-Detail-oriented and proactive
-U.S. time zone preferred
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
