The Maintenance Team Lead is someone who will act as a Maintenance Coordinator when needed communicating directly with tenants, vendors, and Management and also help oversee a team of Maintenance Coordinators.   This person will respond to tenants and owners through the company portal, communicate with vendors to schedule maintenance requests, and follow up with Founders. 

This role is the primary owner of Maintenance execution across assigned clients and the first point of escalation for MX issues.
