Our client, a well-established law firm in Boston, Massachusetts, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney. This role is suited for an attorney who can manage sophisticated real estate matters with a high degree of independence while working closely with clients and colleagues on a range of commercial transactions. The position offers the opportunity to handle deals from initial structuring through closing across acquisitions, financing, leasing, and development-related matters.
Role: Real Estate Attorney
Location: Boston, MA
Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 (depending on experience)
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Responsibilities:
+ Handling commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions.
+ Representing borrowers and lenders in real estate financing transactions.
+ Drafting and reviewing transactional documents.
