Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, referrals and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
- List, market and promote residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing and property availability.
- Ensure all transactions comply with applicable real estate laws and company policies.
- Provide outstanding customer service from initial inquiry through transaction completion.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant.
- Valid UAE driver's license and own car.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
