Ready-Mix Driver Mentor
COMPENSATION:
Hourly Rate: $34.31 / HR
SUMMARY:
This is a skilled position involving the training of Ready-Mix Mixer Drivers for the safe and efficient operation of ready-mix trucks. Deliveries will be made in both industrial and residential areas, per instruction of the Batch Plant Supervisor. Delivery and shift schedules will be directed and scheduled by DISPATCH (including plant locations as work schedules demand). The driver is responsible for the efficient working conditions and cleanliness of equipment and is expected to perform minor servicing and maintenance or refer major problems to the supervisor.
When not mentoring another driver, the mentor will work as a Ready-Mix Driver. Drivers will be expected to assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment in and around the batch plant as per supervisor’s instruction.
