1. Teaching & Academic Responsibilities Deliver lectures, seminars, demonstrations, and clinical teaching for BDS and MDS students. Supervise and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students during clinical postings. Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools. Conduct internal assessments, practical examinations, and viva voce. Guide dissertations, research projects, and case presentations for postgraduate students (as per NDC norms). Participate in curriculum planning, academic audits, and accreditation activities. 2. Clinical Responsibilities Diagnose and manage patients independently in the specialty. Perform advanced clinical procedures in accordance with specialty protocols. Supervise postgraduate and undergraduate clinical work. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
