Job Description
Overview Reporting to a Project Engineering Director, the Fuel Channel and Fuel Handling Engineering Manager leads a technical team responsible for delivering commercial and internal engineering work packages related to reactor systems, components, and supporting technologies. The role oversees engineering execution across design, assessment, inspection, fitness‑for‑service, and lifecycle management activities within the fuel channel and fuel handling discipline and closely related reactor core engineering domains.
Your Role Project Execution
Approves technical documents - including analyses, design changes, inspection plans, and fitness‑for‑service evaluations - prepared by staff within the fuel channel engineering team.
Plans and executes engineering work consistent with nuclear quality, cost, and schedule requirements, ensuring alignment with CSA, CNSC, and internal governance.
