Job Purpose
The job purpose is to carry out reactive works to building plant, equipment and systems in accordance with agreed service levels, undertake small installation works and respond to site engineering emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out on all electrical / mechanical systems to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.
- Carry out reactive repairs on all systems as required, calling relevant sub‑contractors as needed.
- Ensure weekly equipment reports are updated with any change in status of equipment.
- Liaise with sub‑contractors as required for repairs/quotations, monitoring performance of sub‑contractor personnel and ensuring works have been undertaken correctly and the work area is left in a satisfactory condition.
- Sign off completed PPM and reactive tasks via your PDA in line with client policies and procedures in a timely manner.
