We're hiring a React Native specialist to build and own the mobile app for One Table — a real-time, operational system used by restaurant staff during live service. This is not a dashboard or content app. Speed, reliability, and clarity under pressure matter.

Must-Have Technical Requirements
• 3+ years production React Native experience (iOS + Android)
• Strong understanding of React Native performance:
• render optimization
• list virtualization
• avoiding unnecessary re-renders
• Experience with real-time or async state (WebSockets, subscriptions, push updates, or equivalent)
• Experience with offline / poor-network handling (local storage, queues, re-sync)
• Solid mobile UI fundamentals:
• gestures
• navigation
• safe areas
• keyboard handling
• one-handed use
