reach stacker operator

Performs semi-skilled work in operating lifting equipment such as reach stacker, sidelifter, forklifts and the likes in moving container vans from one location to another. Further duties include maintaining assigned equipment, reporting of any maintenance or damage. Maintaining a clean, neat and orderly work area. Ability to perform other tasks as assigned.

• Load, unload, move and stack empty/loaded cargo containers using handling equipments such as reach stacker, sidelifter, forklift and the likes.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion
• On a daily basis, inspect and perform minor maintenance on assigned equipment as per checklist provided.
• Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area
