Main tasks

  • Design structured, repeatable wear-testing methodologies based on product requirements and industry standards;
  • Translate findings into actionable recommendations for design, material selection, and engineering teams;
  • Bridges the gap between R&D and end-users by evaluating the durability, fit, and performance of products in real-world scenarios;
  • Build and manage a profile of target consumers/testers to gather diverse demographic and usage data;
  • Analyze qualitative tester feedback alongside quantitative data (, sensor data, physical wear patterns) to identify errors; and
  • Support the project of the Evaluation Center Wear accreditation
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Biomechanics, or a closely related field
  • 5 years in quality assurance, product development, or field-testing (preferred)
