Areas of Responsibility:
•Define HPW standard / PD and test plan
•Responsible for all technical issues in product development
•Coordinate and lead project team in design and technical issue review
•Make proto-type machine according to approved design
•Coordinate local & global project team to start up mass production
•Follow up and resolve issues related to design
Results / Objectives to Be Accomplished:
•Implement NSD project plan and test plan in required timeline

Skills / Competencies:
•Solid knowledge on metal & plastic materials
•Knowledge on mold design and molding process
•Well knowledge with HPW industry standard, national standard, safety certification.
•Very experienced in Pro/E or Creo software
•Sound knowledge in project management
•Teamwork spirit
•Fluent English-speaking skill, and good written and reading skill
