Our client is FoodTech, a public Israeli startup company producing high-quality alternative protein for food and feed. We are looking for an R&D Manager to manage the company's R&D Department, Qualification as following.

R&D Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the R&D team and Operational management of the R&D labs
  • Build work programs aimed at achieving the company R&D goals, and implement new initiatives and ideas in coordination with the CSO
  • Ensure R&D targets, assess performance, monitor tasks completion and working practices
  • Set the quality policy according to all relevant regulations
  • Full accountability for quality control and ensuring safety.
  • Identify difficulties and setting actions to prevent their recurrence
  • Responsible for procurement and plan inventory of the R&D department
