We are looking for a R&D Scientist to join an established pharmaceutical CDMO in the Bartholomew County, Indiana area! In this role, you will help turn new product ideas into finished products and support testing and production trials.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Prepare laboratory solutions
+ Help develop and improve cleaning procedures
+ Clean and maintain R&D and production equipment after use
+ Perform routine testing on new products
+ Assist with method validation studies
+ Help send samples to outside laboratories for testing
+ Assist with batching and filling line trials
+ Record and organize R&D data, results, and observations
+ Keep accurate records in a laboratory notebook
+ Follow GMP regulations
