**R&D Project Manager (San Diego, CA)**
As an R&D Project Manager you will own the initiation, execution, and transfer of multiple projects to support the AM&D product portfolio of Wearable Class II medical devices.
**Your role:**
+ Independently executes multi-disciplinary R&D projects in support of the Ambulatory ECG portfolio of products.
+ Ensures alignment with agreed timelines, budgets, and resource constraints.
+ Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods initiating change and driving improvements within the discipline, working under limited supervision.
+ Provides influence over projects and peer groups by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and senior management, proactively managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring all parties are aligned on project objectives.
