About This Role

The R&D Project Manager is the strategic coordinator responsible for driving energy storage R&D initiatives from early concept through validated, market‑ready products. This role owns the planning, execution, and cross‑functional alignment of all R&D programs that support new product development, certification readiness, and continuous improvement of energy storage systems.

The position ensures that new products are developed in accordance with established key performance indicators, including project timeline, budget, technical requirements, and certification milestones.
