Role Overview

Fuel the success of globally renowned brands by bridging the gap between academic discovery and real‑world impact. As an R&D Post‑Doctoral Analyst, you will work on real projects for our most loved brands and contribute to the development of new Fabric and Home Care solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute advanced laboratory experiments focused on volatile and semi‑volatile analysis using gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC‑MS).
• Develop, validate and implement novel analytical methods, leveraging advanced sample introduction techniques such as Headspace Solid‑Phase Microextraction (HS‑SPME) and Thermal Desorption (TD).
• Analyse and interpret complex analytical data to provide actionable insights and guide technology development.
