Tasks
Lead and support the R&D team, develop their skills, and define performance objectives and indicators. Manage the R&D strategy and project portfolio, including product innovation, improvement of existing ranges, and cost optimization. Oversee the development and reformulation of products, optimize formulations and processes to ensure performance, quality, and profitability, and ensure structured transfer to production. Coordinate industrial trials and initial commercial productions, in collaboration with cross-functional teams (production, quality, planning). Ensure regulatory compliance and food safety, maintain up-to-date R&D documentation, and implement standards and tools to improve efficiency.
