Managing and leading new product development projects as well as improvement initiatives, starting from idea initiation until product launch to market with coordination across the functional team to meet the project objective, and timeline and align with the company’s business plan.Ensuring the right formulation, raw material, and finished product are met the desired specifications, comply with food safety/ regulation requirements, the company’s quality policy as well as supply point for all local and receiving markets before commercialization.
