R&D Laboratory Technician (Formulation)

1. To perform laboratory activities in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and current General Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
2. To be responsible for retrieval, storage and disposal of materials and records for I&D department.
3. To perform verification, maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment and instruments.
4. To house-keep and manage storage space in the warehouse and I&D Laboratory.
5. To assist I&D Manager, Executives, Pharmacist:
5.1 To demonstrate operation of various testing instruments and procedures to new staff.
5.2 To perform new product development and existing product formulation trials of various dosage forms including tablet, capsules, liquid, suspension, cream and other dosage forms.
5.3 To perform sampling and testing of raw and packaging materials, intermediates and finished products during the new product scale-up and process validation.
