Acerca del puesto: Within the Ferrero Ice Cream Business, Ice Cream Factory Comaker (ICFC), one of the largest ice cream manufacturers in Europe acquired by Ferrero in 2019, is currently looking for a R&D Ice Cream Mix Design Manager for: Responsabilidades principales: Leading assigned projects (cost saving, derisking, sustainability, mix formulation, etc.) Guide and define/improve USP and know-how on Ice Cream mixes, in coordination with interested functions (e.G., Ice Cream R&D team) and other technological innovation teams Collaborate with internal Matter experts (DTS, procurement, open innovation...) to develop/tune for purpose raw materials and semi-finished products (new or already part of the Company portfolio), to improve organoleptic properties, product structure, and identify opportunities to optimize procurement and costs Lead and implement the projects defined above: mix skeleton design for all applications, cost saving and raw material innovation and derisking Acerca de ti...
