R&D Hardware Project Manager/Technical Lead

Program management for complex engineering projects and R&D project leadership. The position is responsible for end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept through design, build, test, and market introduction, while ensuring technical excellence, schedule, staffing requirements, cost control, and timely delivery. The manager will act as the focal point for stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering programs and R&D projects to achieve deliverables on time, within scope, and budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria with Product Planner. Then develop detailed project plans and schedules.
• Drive strategic planning across global counterparts and internal teams.
• Manage risk identification and mitigation plans, including scenario planning.
