Persán is seeking an experienced R&D Formulation Specialist to join our team in Spain. You will prepare approved formulations at lab and pilot plant levels, assess stability and performance, and support product development with rigorous testing and documentation. Requirements include a university degree in chemistry or pharmacy and at least two years in a similar role, plus a high level of English. German is a plus;
