R&D Flavour Laboratory Technologist

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and measure raw materials using analytical balances to compound flavours according to established formulations.
• Follow flavourist instructions to prepare multiple trials, adjust formulations, and support iterative development.

Sample Preparation & Application Testing

• Prepare flavour samples in appropriate tasting mediums (e.g., beverage, dairy, confectionery, etc.) and conduct application testing as required.

Sensory Evaluation

• Perform sensory assessments of flavours and products, document observations, and communicate feedback to flavourists and project leads.
• Evaluate flavours and raw materials in application matrices to assess performance, quality, and suitability.

Project and Sample Management
