R&D Executive - Seasoning & Flavour (Johor)
The hiring company is seeking a R&D candidate in seasoning formulation creation, particularly focusing on Southeast Asian and International flavour profiles. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge in spray drying, reaction processes, enzymatic flavour creation, and related technologies (hands‑on experience will be a plus).
Job Scope
- Development and optimization of seasoning formulations to meet consumer preferences in Southeast Asian (SEA) and international markets.
- Utilize ingredients unique to creation of SEA and International profile to create seasonings/flavours.
- Expected to work closely with flavourist to perform the seasoning/flavour creation.
- Utilize expertise in spray drying, reaction processes, and enzymatic flavour creation to achieve superior product quality and performance.
