About the Job

• Support new product development (NPD) projects from concept, formulation, trial, and validation through to commercialisation.
• Develop and improve formulations for sauces, condiments, seasonings, ready-to-eat foods, and other processed food products.
• Conduct laboratory trials, pilot runs, sensory evaluations, and shelf‑life studies.
• Source and evaluate new ingredients, packaging materials, and food technologies.
• Collaborate closely with Production, QA/QC, Procurement, and Commercial teams to ensure successful product launches.
