R&D Engineer, Systems

We are looking for a R&D Engineer, Systems – a permanent full‑time role responsible for advanced gas measurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of product families, ensuring successful development and lifecycle management.
• Support system integration, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS).
• Collaborate with specialists in optics, electronics, chemistry, mechanics, automation, software, and IoT to align across disciplines.
• Provide system‑level ownership and alignment across electronics, mechanics, software, optics, and analytics.
• Drive product improvements, upgrades, design changes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure products meet customer, quality, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Work closely with production, sourcing, service, quality, and product management teams.
