Bring your engineering ideas to life in a hands-on R&D environment south of Cincinnati, with direct involvement in product development, testing, and continuous improvement. This R&D Engineer / Product Development Engineer opportunity is based on-site in Erlanger, KY and supports new electromechanical welding and automation projects from concept through initial testing.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this R&D Engineer / Product Development Engineer position include:
  • 1-5 years of engineering experience (recent college graduates will be considered)
  • Engineering degree required; welding, mechanical, or electrical engineering backgrounds fit
  • CAD experience required; Inventor preferred, but any 2D or 3D CAD software is acceptable
  • Support new product development from concept through assembly and initial testing
  • Create and modify CAD designs for product development and engineering support
