Mangrove Lithium is developing an electrochemical lithium refining platform to produce cost-effective and sustainable battery-grade lithium from diverse sources. The company is commissioning North America’s first electrochemical lithium refining plant in Delta, B.C. We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Engineer (Failure Analysis/Specialist) to contribute to the development and commercialization of this technology. Responsibilities
Design and development of failure analysis systems, testing, characterization, and scaling of key components of Mangrove’s technology. Apply understanding of anion exchange membrane (AEM) evaluation and electrochemical principles, devices, and processes to failure analysis activities. Work within the Technology Development – Failure Analysis team to conduct experiments and analyze results to improve reliability and performance.
