R&D CHEMIST

Responsibility:

1. Assist in product development, reformulation, and improvement of existing formulations according to project requirements and cost targets.
2. Conduct laboratory testing such as basic stability, compatibility, and performance tests under supervision.
3. Support scale-up trials and assist in coordination with Production during pilot and commercial batch trials.
4. Prepare and maintain basic technical documentation including formulation records, test results, and reports.
5. Ensure all laboratory work and development activities comply with internal procedures, GMP requirements, and relevant regulatory standards.
6. Assist in raw material evaluation and sample preparation.
7. Support continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and innovation activities within the R&D department.
8. Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
