R&D Associate – Organic Chemistry

Location: Bengaluru (Bommasandra)

We are looking for a hands-on R&D Associate with a strong foundation in Organic Chemistry to work on process development, optimization, and scale-up of organic molecules. If you enjoy solving chemistry problems and translating lab reactions into scalable processes, this role is for you.

Eligibility

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
• Industry exposure to organic synthesis or chemical process development

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, validate, and scale chemical processes (lab to pilot)
• Handle air- and moisture-sensitive reactions
• Perform purification techniques such as distillation, crystallization, and chromatography
