Overview

Leading the development of Packaging solutions for the Asia Foods Markets with a particular focus on new products exported from Mainland China, Taiwan. The role covers innovation, productivity and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver packaging solutions that support the Innovation agenda for the Asia Foods, and IndoChina Foods Business units, within agreed timings and budget.
  • Identify, evaluate, and validate new packaging materials, formats, and processing technologies to support innovation and productivity targets.
  • Autonomously represent the R&D Packaging Function in cross-functional project meetings.
  • Design the supply chain validation plan and join the validation in PEP site or COMAN site to validate new packaging designs
  • Create and maintain unambiguous packaging specifications that are compliant with PepsiCo R&D best practices.
