  • Taking care of all the processes in R&D, QA, and technical.
  • Utilizing the business's strategy in their work.
  • Managing a team with subordinate 15 staff.
  • Working with other parties (Global, Sales team, etc).

    • Qualifications

  • 35-40 years old with an experience more than 10 years in the chemical industry.
  • Has work experience in R&D, QA, and Project Management is preferable.
  • Ability to manage and supervise subordinates of more than 15 staff.
  • Good sense of people management, management vision, and aggressive.
  • Moderate to Good English communication skills.
