Job Description

Overview The RCSA CoE Manager leads day‑to‑day CoE operations (10–14 FTE) delivering control testing and RCSA services to Australia. The role ensures high‑quality, timely delivery of risk and control assessments, oversees control testing execution, manages throughput and service levels, drives continuous improvement and automation, and partners closely with 1st line, 2nd line, and Audit stakeholders. The Manager is also responsible for capability uplift, quality assurance, benefits tracking, and transparent performance reporting via dashboards and analytics.
