RCM Operations Lead

The Medical City Pangasinan is seeking an Assistant Manager - Revenue Cycle Management to oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, ensuring accurate claims processing, timely collections, and compliance across the organization.

You will partner with business units and enterprise stakeholders, providing leadership to improve revenue performance and patient financial services, reporting to the RCM Enterprise Office Head of the RCM Operations Department.
