RCBI Operations Manager

Role Summary

You will serve as the central operations lead for our global RCBI clients. Your responsibility is to build, document, and execute all administrative, compliance, and program workflows across multiple jurisdictions. You will coordinate directly with partner law firms, destination offices, and global source offices, ensuring every client file moves with speed, accuracy, and zero error. You will also handle direct communication and troubleshooting for high-net-worth individual (HNWI) clients. As the company grows, you will train and supervise additional operators (team of 3–10) who will report to you, scaling the operations function effectively.
