About the Role:
We are seeking driven and experienced RC Drillers to join a high-performing team delivering major drilling projects throughout the Pilbara region. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term employment on a family-friendly roster within one of WA’s most active mining regions.
You will play a key role in delivering safe, productive, and high-quality RC drilling operations while working within a supportive and professional team environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate Schramm T450 track-mounted RC rigs equipped with hands-free rod handling and breakout systems
- Execute drilling programs safely and efficiently in line with client requirements
- Maintain high standards of safety and compliance on site
