ABA SHINE is urgently seeking experienced and reliable Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 support for a young adult male with severe maladaptive behaviors.

Position: Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Fremont

Compensation: $30–$35 per hour

Shifts: Evenings after school. 3 Pm- 6 Pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 direct behavior support and supervision
• Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by a BCBA
• Ensure client safety and de-escalate aggressive or unsafe behavior
• Accurately document session notes and incident reports
• Collaborate with facility staff and clinical team
