Rate Loading Analyst

The Rate Loading Analyst will execute Trax's rate loading process to maintain rate contracts and rate cards for client accounts globally. They will collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure high-quality service, prioritize tasks, perform quality checks, and achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements. Additionally, they will serve as coaches to rate loading partners and contractors.
